Exchanges and Returns

You can exchange or return purchased products* within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

To do this:
1. Write to me at mk@marleyart.eu with information about what you want to return or what exactly you want to exchange. Please also provide your order number and, in the event of a return, your refund account number.

2. After receiving the feedback I sent to your e-mail address and accepting the return or exchange, send the parcel to the address provided below:

Remember to secure the returned product well. Damaged goods will not be accepted for return.

3. Wait for your parcel or refund. This should not take more than a few business days from the time I receive your package.

Return or exchange is made at the buyer’s expense.

In the Terms and Conditions you will find all applicable return and exchange rules in accordance with the law.

*Productsmade to special, individual order are not subject to returns or exchanges.
