What does the individual order process look like?
1. Write to me and let me know what you dream about!
– Do you have an idea?
Great! Describe it and we will work out the details together.
– You have no idea? Are you looking for a gift? Are you just dreaming about something from my works?
Contact me and I will help you choose and advise you.
– You want to order something but you are worried about the outcome?
Don’t worry, we will discuss everything or I will send you inspiration or a design of my/your vision and we will discuss the details until you are confident to place an order.
– You don’t know what to choose, what type of wood will work best for you, what colors to choose, how to care for the resin or how to use my creations?
Visit the FAQ page – the most frequently asked questions. However, if you do not find answers to your questions there, feel free to write. Believe me, there are no stupid questions, and I am happy to answer all kinds of them.
2. Ok, I answered your questions After preliminary arrangements, I send you a quote for a given project.
3. After accepting the price, please pay a 30% non-refundable deposit. After receiving the deposit, I get to work!
4. Now we are in constant contact until the project is completed. Subtle changes are possible at certain stages.
5. After completing the work, I send you photos and/or video of the finished product, and after accepting it, I ask you to pay the remaining 70% of the price plus shipping costs. We agree on the form and date of shipment that suits both of us.
6. My job is over, yes. But if possible, please contact me after receiving your order. I’m always happy to read your messages and even more happy to see photos of my creations in their new home!
Remember that I also make visualizations, interior designs using my art and provide consultations. If you are not sure about the size of a painting or table and want to see it in your interior before making a purchase decision, please contact me.
This is an additional fee, but if you decide to place an order, these costs will be included in the product price.
